The space includes a full kitchen. Equipped with a gas burning plate, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender and cook/dineware. There is a main living area with a 3 person sofa, coffee table and TV with Wifi or HDMI cable connection. There is also a dresser stand with 4 drawers for storage. The bedroom has a queen bed, two side tables and a free standing closet alongside an open style 4 level cubby, storage space. There is also a covered terrace accessible from the patio doors of the studio with a 4 person table and 2 person sofa area with coffee table outside. For this space, we have created it’s own chill area with hanging hammock so you can enjoy the garden and kick up your feet to relax and enjoy the sound of the birds and howler monkeys that grace us with their daily presence.
There is a shared yard with the pool access, as well as a covered car port. Mature fruit trees on the property include papaya, mamones, guanabana, banana, plantano, some herbs (medicinal and for cooking), and many more delights waiting to mature. It has become a little oasis in town.
Rent is determined on the length of your stay. For one month’s stay $1,100 per month during peak season (December through until April). For a year lease the cost would be $700 per month, with 3 months paid upfront for the first month’s rent, last month and the retainer.
Renter pays electric (A/C and hot water in shower is available). Water and internet included. Weekly cleaning and turnover is Thursday afternoon (sheets and towels) and is included in the monthly rent.
What we love about this space is that it is tucked away yet highly accessible in a bustling center where you have ease of access to everything – services, beach, waterfalls, public ground transportation. You do not need a vehicle to stay at this property and remain mobile and connected along the coast. There is a 21 speed bicycle available for renter’s use. The Catarata de Uvita is a 10 min walk as is the Bamboo Forest, and on bike you can get to the beach in about 10-15 minutes. This space is easy, with all you will need for apartment living – it really is turn key ready, we provide all essentials for daily life. The construction is only 3 years old and has been kept very clean and maintained, now the gardens are starting to mature with fruit trees producing and flowers blooming.
