Barefoot & Brave: The Health Benefits of Earthing

Grounding, or earthing is the practice of being barefoot and walking directly on natural elements such as grass, dirt, and clay. This practice has been shown to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and enhances well being, just to name a few ailments grounding cures. 

Putting your feet in direct contact with the ground enables you to absorb large amounts of negative electrons through the soles of your feet. It supplies us with antioxidants, as well as free-radical destroying electrons – both great for general health and longevity.
