For 20 years Lura has been an Integrative medicine specialist having previously worked in private practice, hospitals integrative medicine departments, universities including The Center for Spirituality and Healing at the Univ. of MN, the Mayo Clinic, Abbott NW Hospital, and Penn State Univ., Dept. of Human Development on research, guiding both individual & group holistic health practices including, yoga, meditation and mental health practices. She has worked at advanced training for yoga teachers in yoga therapy at Omega Institute, Integral yoga and other locations. In Uvita she lives quietly training yoga teachers and teaching daily classes. Accreditations include: MA, LPC, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP.
